I've been using Othership for almost two months now. I use it daily and some days more than once. It's been a god send after going through an intense year in 2021 and getting completely burnt out at work.
I've tried to create a meditation habit since I was 15 but it has never stuck. When I realised just how burnt out I was, I knew meditation would help but I didn't even want to try it again...
