Neat style! Admittedly in the same boat leaning against flat, bubbly people illustrations in web design. That said, with so many websites out there I wonder how you can escape that trend in a unique, scalable way. A step in the right direction, this.

Like how you're closing the gap between customer experience and product makers. We see on-demand feedback/ support pretty often these days (hotjar, intercom etc.), adding audio/ video to proactive customer feedback seems like real value we didn't know we needed yet!
