We use a Typeform quiz to learn about customer style preferences and sizes, then feed that data into our recommendation engine to personalize product suggestions in emails and on-site. Seeing a big boost in AOV and repeat purchases. Highly recommend giving quizzes a try if you haven't yet!

Talk to users for sure, but also look at your metrics and funnels to see where drop-off is happening.
