This a small project I've worked on this past two weeks, I wanted to use something like the Pomodoro technique to track the time I plan on spending on an activity.
Timesets allows you to do exactly that, create a custom set of timers with the tasks that you need to do and how much time you plan to spend on them, don't forget to add some breaks in between!
