Cool idea! Can you somehow automate the gamification? Let's say that someone reaches a new level. Is it possible to connect your app to the software's admin panel so that the user automatically receives a free add-on?

Async is great but definitely requires more effort when it comes to coordinating the work of the entire team. As someone below said, the main reason why companies avoid async working is because they're afraid that someone's absence will block the workflow of other people. This is completely understandable, however, can also be often avoided if you plan well enough and a proper system is in place.

Amazing idea! My ex-colleague was working on something similar a few years back but I think it was based on a different technology. I remember them having an issue with glass surfaces which would often confuse the programme. How does obstacle detector deal with that? For example with clean glass doors like the ones you often find in offices?

I definitely recommend using the Eisenhower Matrix. It's a super simple tool that I use daily to choose which tasks to prioritize and to keep trach of everything that I need to get done. It helped me a lot both when it comes to organization and clearing my head. When things are written down they stop weighing on your head and won't overwhelm you as much.
