You probably mean well, but it's really poor taste to copy paste another businesses product design AND put a price tag on it! You essentially rebranded Basecamps UI with your branding, thats all I see. It's one thing to get inspiration, it's another to copy and paste and call it a day. Heck even your landing page is a direct rip from Basecamp! Cmon man..

Are you the official store for the GoodNotes app? as a customer, I would find it misleading if you weren't.. especially if you're using a name such as GoodNotes Store. Totally agree with Brandon Hulls comment. Using the same name as a best selling book is just lazy and asking for negative attention, be inspired but dont use the same name. I highly recommend you change the app name to save yourself issues.
