Hi Team Orcool! Congratulations on the product launch. This is absolutely wonderful. Since TikTok is not operational in our country, I would love try the product for creating Meta reels. I also loved the Slack workflow for ideation and storyboarding. That's very clever.
The lead time of 24 hours however seems a bit longer than usual. But it will boil down to the quality of the ad produced....

It should be personal, it should be your opinion, what you think. Doesn't necessarily have to be thought provoking. Just stick to what you genuinely feel or think about the particular post. Can be a different angle of thought, real life examples/anecdotes

This idea is great.
In fact, for the past few weeks I have been trying out products that let me summarize the newsletters I have subscribed to so that I can read the summary and then pick and choose which ones to read further (like Meco).
The main challenge of such tools is the quality of summary. Unless the summary looks like a news piece in The Rundown AI, I am not sure how helpful the...

AI can assist, for sure. I mean look at what Taplio and similar tools have achieved. But these days LinkedIn is flooded with AI generated comments which are not edited by human. This leads to a bad feed, ultimately.
I think if AI can generate real human sounding personalized comments without the need of any additional prompting that would be useful.
Maybe a tool which can combine features of...

Categorise them into urgency, impact, relevance, and feasibility criteria. Check if these criteria align with the product/company vision, strategy, and objectives. Score the feedback based on the above criteria and objectives.
Gather thoughts from important stakeholders from different teams. Some feedback would need additional validation; in that case do A/B test.
How do you decide which feedback to use?

No, not with the conviction you want. I uploaded my old college assignments onto these tools to get a benchmark, a lot of them were flagged as atleast 40-50% AI written.
There is a popular Twitter (X) thread on this. You should read when you find some time: https://x.com/paulg/status/17770...

Apart from brain dumps/inspirations from existing social media platforms, try to structure your approach as well. Like you rightly said, it's very overwhelming.
So, here are some topics on which you should create posts with multiple angles for your repository to use them later.
Focus on your audience and what they need to know:
- What problems do I solve for my clients?
- What are common...

Hi Pooja, when you say users do you mean paying customers (here you want to validate proof of monetization) or are you looking for beta/test users (these are free users, mostly, who help you validate your proof of concept).
If it's the latter, I would suggest find out a few prospective users from your own network (on LinkedIn), and communities (LinkedIn, Reddit, private groups on WhatsApp)....

Hi Jessie, when you say beta users, I assume you mean testers/free users to validate your proof of concept. Please correct me if I am wrong. If that's the case then find out a few prospective users from your own network (on LinkedIn), and communities (LinkedIn, Reddit, private groups on WhatsApp). Pitch them your product and ask them if they are willing to do a free trial.

To get your first 10 paying customers, outreach efforts like cold emails and LinkedIn messages is no doubt super important. However, is you combine these efforts with social selling that makes all your cold outreach warmer and increases your chances of conversion.

Niche products are category creators, hence one of the most stubborn challenges that organizations face is that customer education. Your potential users are aware of the outcome and probably of a few use cases but they are not aware of the product category and by an extension, the product itself.

Excel sheet or Notion Calendars. You can create a specific calendar on Google as well. I did this when I worked on founder branding for a client. Basically, any productivity or work management tool that has a calendar integration should work.
Also, when you ask what to take into account, do you mean what should be the rows and columns of such a content calendar?

I have used Survey Sparrow in the past, the free version though. For non-in app surveys, I have used Typeform; the free version again. However, it has a limit of 100 responses. Then I shifted to Plotline. Itās good for in-app nudges and surveys. This time I took a paid version (upwards of $7k per quarter).
