We just launched today, and I think the key to it was planning it far in advance. We gave ourselves a month to do every from content creation to community building, but looking back, I'd do even more than a month!

We've launched Greenspark today on PH, and the best thing I can say is outreach, outreach and more outreach. Build yourself a community before your launch. Speak to as many people as possible, ask for feedback, share your own tips, and reach out to others who have launched. It takes time but just keep talking.

Keep trying and learning. I built my career quickly because I wasn't afraid to move on when I stopped learning anything. Always be learning. I think if you're in a job where you're not learning something new or given the opportunity to learn something new, move on.

Initially, I was skeptical as we're predominantly B2B focused. However, hundreds of small businesses, agencies and start-ups on TikTok are running very successful accounts!
