Crisp.chat is a webchat with a light CRM, it is quite good. Another option would be Coda (or Airtable, but I personally don't like Airtable, it has a poor performance).

Great collection. It is also interesting to notice that there are only 2 typefaces left on earth. 😳 Makes me also think about the trends, they look so shockingly similar like all the websites are done by the same people. Would you consider naming each trend and categorize them? @darylginn?
