I use Base to track Professional Service projects. Love being able to see all of my company’s communication with the client in one place
Pros: Easy to use mobile app, great for collaborating and seeing big picture, built-in voice, automatic email tracking for all deal collaborators
Cons: Needs more integrations, better task management
