I built this product to solve a problem I've run into as a real estate geek. This data is out there, but it is hard to analyze when it's trapped in Zillow. No need to get too fancy, just use Zillow as you normally would but now you can do your own analysis in excel, python or whatever CSV tool you'd like to use.
