It's the best wiki we've ever used. Competition doesn't even come close, it's in a league of it's own. Pros: Saved our company from siloed knowledge. Cons: iPad app needs love to match the capabilities of the desktop version. Otherwise it's perfect.

Simple and easy, I like it. But is the # of taps *that* important? I mean the most valuable thing in messengers are my friends and with Wave X I'll have to onboard everyone to a new platform again. How many taps would that take? Don't want to sound too gloomy but consumer communication is a hard market. How are you going to solve the lack of social graph?
