So, the oversimplified goal here is to replace primary care, and to some extent traditional "urgent" care, with an all-in-one proactive solution? But, the care team would still work with traditional specialists, surgeons, etc. in cases of oncology or a burst appendix or what-have-you for things that fall outside of the specialties and capabilities of the facility/team?

Been using Memory Clean for awhile now. Was essential pre-Mavericks and sub 16GB, but is still a great app. Tweak the threshold right and it just handles its business without needing to be intervened with.

Would be cool to have a lossless option that used something like ImageOptim (http://www.producthunt.com/posts/imageoptim). Curious at what kind of difference it would make, while still retaining the quality of the original.
