🌟 Hey ProductHunt community! I originally made DarkHotels for myself. As an exhausted parent/founder, I was looking for an hotel/eco-resort to deeply rejuvenate. I didn't want to be around tourists. I didn't want to do anything. I just wanted 🌲 NATURE. And I wanted lots of it.
🌃 But I couldn't find any easy way to filter out the hotels/airbnbs that are the most immersed in nature. Booking.com...

What's your go to market strategy? I feel like there might be something to do with riding the cancel culture wave, helping highly influential creators come over to your platform. But you'd need to find a way to make it worth it both for the creator and consumers.

Clean design, and brilliant use of Steve Jobs in your video. I frequently think about what he would think and do if he was still alive, and could see what's happened.
I didn't know iOS had an API to let apps intercept the opening of other apps. That's really smart.

Hey everyone!
I'm thrilled to introduce you to EarthLetter, a solution to a problem many of us face when trying to spend time in nature: planning.
There is so much beautiful nature around us, but we often don’t know it’s there. And Google Maps or hiking apps still require quite a bit of effort to figure out what a place looks like, if it fits our mood, if it has easy parking, if it’s quiet,...

Curious how you plan to compete with https://merlin.foyer.work/ -- they have 100k users, so slightly ahead of you, with pretty much same features. Since this is basically just a wrapper of GPT3, how do you see yourself building a barrier to entry?

This is great. I always thought the VPN business had remarkably high margins for the service provided. Most shared options cost the same as what it costs to have your own VPS. Which is useful if you want to blend in the crowd. But I suspect 99% of VPN users seek security and hassle-free torrenting, not anonymity, so this will suit them perfectly. I could see more solutions like this ultimately...

Excellent. Just hope the daily limit can be removed or that a paid plan can be setup. Because I really want to use it more.

How do you deal (or plan on dealing) with the cold start problem? As far as my knowledge goes, hundreds of apps have tried to do this and all failed due to the underwhelming chicken & egg situation. Design looks good though! I just hope you have a go to market plan.

This is called a dehumidifier, and the reason why it's commonly used to remove dampness/avoid mold growth and not to produce drinking water is because it's incredibly energy inefficient for water extraction.
What do I know? I live in a humid area and run many dehumidifiers in my home (much cheaper albeit not as fancy looking).
