I've been pretty conscious of my screentime (mobile) recently after I decided to take a look at my usage. So, started to use Digital Balance (system feature on my phone) to limit my screentime. I don't usually set timers on my app, just my screentime.
I've been trying to adopt this to help my eyes and avoid headaches. (increasing productivity was not the highest priority I mean)
What's your screen time been today?

Depends on the service I'm using. If it's for some admin site(bank, educational, employer), I'd be comfortable. Other than these, it's hard to trust services like these nowadays, to be honest.
If they decide to store it locally like only on my connected devices, I think I'd go for it. (As you mentioned in one of your replies) But, for most of the people out there, it's still a risky business.
