Met my cofounder on LinkedIn 🙂 I just started sharing content about my work, made networking call … and we met like that.
I wasn’t looking for one to begin with, I started alone which allowed me to choose a co founder I really wanted to work with and not someone by default
What's the best way to find a co-founder for your startup?

I tried to manage everything myself for my first company, definitely was a mistake 😅
It takes so much time and can create so much issues if you’re not good at it, now i’m paying an accountant and it’s amazing. I barely think about this anymore
(I’m French so it might be different)
Do you manage your own books?

For me it’s somewhere in between
Basically, I know my ICP and main value proposition. That’s what I want to focus on
If a user who’s not my ICP request something, I’ll listen but not necessarily implement it.
If they’re my ICP, I’ll try to discuss with other user’s to see if their pain is shared and deeply understand it
And sometimes I just make some educated bet because I think I’m onto...
Your take on feature development. Which ones should make the cut?

Mostly LinkedIn, and Youtube a little to document my journey.
Interesting idea the growth gamification with Favikon Creator ! Congrats for your launch.
I'm also working on a tool for creator, but specifically for LinkedIn : IndiPen. We help creator align their content strategy with their business goal and execute it easily
Do you create content on social media? What platforms do you use?

I used to work at a company where we had a few shared Figma files :
- The complete design system
- Multiple presentation templates
- Illustrations, shapes, drawing ... aligned with the brand that we could use
Those documents where maintained by a design team, they evolved over time with the product, the value proposition, the branding ... and everyone could use them to build their presentation...
How do you keep your presentations consistent and on brand when working in bigger teams?

Hi,
What's your friend background ? Does he have all context ? Be caution with external advice on how fast your development should go. A good start can be to ask your team how they feel the development is going, what's slowing them down ...
Now if there's really an issue, you need to identify where it comes from. Is it product, design, software engineering, all of them ? Sometimes the fix can...
There's a problem with speed at my business. Tell me how you solved yours!!!

Hi :) The idea is great, I've been looking for something simple like this (hopefully open source 😅) for a while, and ended up building something custom.
I might be interested to move to minilog, but as it's not self hosted, could you give more info about privacy and what control do we have over our data ? Logs may often be sensitive for a company

Hi PH community 👋
I'm exited to share this small project with you. Shipr started as a personal tool to help me ship SaaS faster. After a while, I've decided I'd like to share it with the world.
I've saw a few starter kit based on hexagonal architecture, clean code and other principles. IMO that's way too much for a starter kit.
As a solo founder, speed of execution is key, so you want to keep...

Hey PH!
@melmouk, @morph_z, and @meetjunior here, co-founders of Optim'i!
As freelancers working together for the past 5+ years, we've lost so much energy sharing clients' information, tracking work time, generating invoices...
CRM and huge accounting products are great for large companies, but as a solopreneur, freelancer, or young startup, they are :
- Too complicated 🤯
- Too expensive...
