Excellent tool for Help Desk, many more options than the old app and easy to use. It Would be great if Desk could have a connection to open ZOHO CRM Potentials from tickets and able to relate to agent, account, contact.
Pros: Excelent application to stay in touch with your customers, many channels, issues ordered by CRM priorities, KB easier 2 use, shortcuts great

Pretty good option for your business and communication tool
Pros: Easy to use, I like the video call and see the info of your colleagues it's so simple :)
Cons: in spanish version a few fields with with values using accent apeears with strange character, nothing to worry about.
