@villaumbrosia Hi, I am not able to download the copy. Please help. Have tried downloading several times but to no avail.

@villaumbrosia whenecer i try to get the copy on my mail id, i just dont recieve any copy or mail from it. O have tried several attempts and with different mail id's but to no avail
