What's the value proposition? How is it different from, let's say, https://www.sba.gov/ ? As of right now it looks very light and minimalistic. I liked that it offers links to the supporting tools/services, but what was the reason why these particular tools are linked?

You probably still need that theory. However, for something easy to digest and relatively inexpensive, I'd recommend udemy.com - there's a bunch of courses on the subject. Plus there's always something on sale, you should be able to get a course for like $10. It will be pretty basic but most of the time hands-on and I think that's exactly what you need. Another good source with tons of material...

Do you care about the money?
When you are just rolling out your new big thing, do you really care about how much money you burn? Do you track your expenses and do you generally plan ahead? Do you set aside some ramen money or just let it roll? Especially if you are bootstrapped? How do you link your revenue and expense?
