Hi PH,
I'm Matt! Our mission is to make webflow design accessible, how do we do that? By building a weekly design sprint service.
How It Works 🚀:
1. Get design sprints by paying a weekly subscription.
2. We get connected and setup a trello.
3. You request on trello and we design.
We’d love to get some feedback and I am happy to answer questions!! 🙏

How long should I wait for my launch?
Hey PH, I already launched a product here before and got some okay results (in terms of clients) after setting my launch to 2 weeks.
My latest product is something I've been wanting to do for a long time. It's webflow design sprints. I have my launch set to a few days from now since I'm all ready for a launch.
Should I keep it? or should I build up hype?

Building Solo! I've been trying to find a second team member but haven't found anyone yet. Once I start growing, I'll look for other people for my marketing tool.

My frontend (landing page) uses wordpress. I built a custom backend for clients using laravel. Wordpress is just easy for me to use and I can modify the code. Laravel is a php library and gives me full control.
What website builder (CMS/custom code) do you use?

In my opinion, if you're just starting your service, pricing like that could drive customers away.
Having a good landing page and being good doesn't necessarily mean high-ticket pricing.

Target Market. Marketers are willing to spend a decent amount and I based my pricing off that.
How do you think about pricing your product?

We provides our service at per month, with three tiers. I did some A/B testing to see if other pricing models but everything pointed to a monthly tier based.
What's your pricing model? Why?

I spent the last 2 months rebuilding and redesigning
Over the past two months, I've embarked on a journey focused on rebuilding and redesigning SocialBurst, my on-demand marketing service.
From the very foundation, I've reimagined and refined every aspect of SocialBurst. Whether it's the core strategies, user experience, or service offerings, my goal has remained crystal clear: to make SocialBurst better, more efficient, and closely aligned...

My product is targeted globally. I have small pockets of marketing that targets local agencies in my city but I target globally. On-Demand solutions should always target globally.
Global or Local? What market do you target?

I still use Calendly. I haven't found any alternative. I only use it for a onboarding call for socialburst.
Did you still using Calendly in 2023?
