Something to consider to add to the FAQ: how hours are accrued. Does it use the length of the video and log the percentage of the video watched or does the extension keep track of your actual, real time spent watching that video?

I think someone will wind up aggregating all of the streaming services and sell it for one price. Maybe create packages, bundled up by types of content –– or perhaps even basic & premium tiers. I'm thinking a total of charge of, say, $110 a month or so (along with equipment rental fees) plus a swift kick to the unmentionables while a terrible customer service rep whispers into your ear...

What is your methodology? How did you acquire respondants? What is their demographic -- age, age of company, region/country, etc.? Did you ask about competition, market size, growth opportunities? Any questions about their industry, product or service (e.g. average price)? Finally, how did you come up with a value of $290?
