My name is Matthew Cicanese, and I help people embrace their unique abilities to create more inclusive environments. If you are looking for a speaker whose mission is to help people, employers, and executives with overcoming adversity and creating inclusive workplaces, let’s have a conversation! As a baby, I triumphed over meningitis, but it left me Deaf-blind and neurodivergent. However, this adversity has fueled my determination to empower and activate communities by sharing my story of senses and how my brain makes sense of the world. I understand the challenges of feeling misunderstood and underestimated, and with my message of "Help one, help all," I strive to build a more inclusive world.
