Full disclosure - I work at Samepage. Great company, full of very smart and talented people. Its the only tool we use internally for video communication, group chat, file sharing, task management, and real-time document editing. We couldn't live without it.

It has saved me on multiple occasions from making a fool of myself.
Pros: It has a really good eye for finding my mistakes. Very impressed.
Cons: Sometimes the indicator at the bottom right corner of a field gets in the way of me resizing it.

Their design is excellent. Behind the scenes its very technical, but the user experience is smooth and easy on the eyes. It does such a great job of taking actions and information in one app and bringing it to your app of choice.
Pros: Extremely easy and fun to use. Really helps consolidate workflows into a single app like Samepage.io.
Cons: No better alternative that I know of.
