I avoid working on the weekends unless it's something super urgent. I'm a workaholic, but over the years I've recognized the importance of setting aside time for personal and social activities.

I prefer a hybrid schedule that allows me to come in as needed: When it comes to troubleshooting issues or discussing ideas, in-person collaboration is much more productive for me.

It depends on the decision! If the decision is not urgent and/or requires more consideration, I'll use the weekend to mull it over and make the decision on Monday.
