This makes me deeply uncomfortable, and seems like a great way to discriminate against trans and non-binary folks. Nobody needs to know your gender. It's not a good tool. And when it's wrong, even in the best case, it's offensive. How have you managed to bring this all the way to launch without taking even a short time to reflect on whether what you're doing is actually deeply harmful?

I'll take my chances with literally any other source of news, thanks. A platform that allows lies in its ads is not a viable option for news.
