Basically I used to be a To-Do list of doom kinda gal. And I still tend to get lost in a tailspin if I try to focus on ALL THE THINGS. Rather than the things that actually matter. But the Momentum (hellomomentum.app) planning system has been revolutionary in that respect for me, professionally and personally. It does it in a simpler and more straightforward way than other stuff I've seen out...

Love to see a female-led content company making it happen 🔥And bringing attention to the narratives of so many other brilliant founders. What advice if any do you see threading across different acquisition stories?

Amazing question. I usually have my phone turned off so I don't see notifications from Slack, NYT, iMessages, Whatsapp, the list goes on.
I know on the most recent iOS updates there's now a 'Focus' function (Settings > Focus) so you can pick if you want just 'Do Not Disturb' or specific apps to be on, and others off, for 'Work' or 'Sleep'.
Still the easiest thing for me is to just turn...
What things do you do to avoid being distracted when you are in deep work?

Do you have solid boundaries? Share what boundaries look like for you (work/life/etc.)
Is the way you're using boundaries working for you? Do you feel like you have good control of your time and how you spend your energy?

Oddly both. I'm split between being a morning person and a night owl, just afternoons are not as great for me with creative work. For me it's either 9-12 in the morning or from 6-11pm.
When are you the most productive?
