I'll definitely be trying this out, we're running Smooch.io with Messenger for customer support and it's been great - adding a bot has been something I've wanted to do for a while.

Also, could you image match icons of apps and the map link them to their websites? It would be great to be able to click on an icon and find out what the app is.

I remember this when I first came out, I've just uploaded my homescreen and you've detected (?) my iPhone as a 6S - but I've actually got a 4S - so the image has been stretched and looks a bit rubbish on my profile.

Started using this a short while ago, only with Facebook Messenger and Slack at the moment, it's very good - just need Twitter DMs and WhatsApp to be added now.
