Evenings, definitely. There's just something about working at night that sparks creativity.

What are the biggest mistakes you've made so far in your startup journey? I'll go first...
6 months ago we were inches a way from closing our pre-seed round, but we ended up trying to please too many people in too many directions, and before we knew it we were building a Frankenstein monster.
So, we decided to pull the plug on our fundraising, bootstrapped and went back to our core vision. Now we're ready to launch and fundraise again.
Your turn.

If you weren't building a startup/product right now, what would you be doing instead?
Realistically, and a dream of yours.
- Realistically I would probably be back in the agency game building products for other people.
- If I were to dream I would go travel and start studying screenwriting while on the road.

We've just started onboarding from our waiting list at Brainy (https://brainy.so). A workspace that makes it super easy to share all your discoveries across social channels, tools and general browsing with your team, without constantly disturbing one another.
What are you building? share your product

We rely quite heavily on Twitter, so right now we're just patiently waiting to see what the pricing will be.
What do you think about Twitter API becoming paid? Any alternatives

How would you drive traffic and launch your product without a personal brand?
Personal branding is everything nowadays. Unfortunately I've always just been following, watching and listening on social media, without really participating much myself. Same goes for my 2 co-founders, which kind of bites us in the a** now that we're about to launch our product.
So how would you drive traffic and launch your product without a personal brand?

Great idea! š
We're building Brainy. https://brainy.so/
It's a blazingly fast workspace for sharing content with your team. It's designed to:
- Bust knowledge silos
- Find inspiration, and
- Upskill one another

If you look around your team mates, there is a good chance they're all on different platforms, have different networks and follow different content creators. Getting access to...

A bit hectic š
but we managed to reach all our milestones, finish our MVP and onboard our initial test users.
Now for onboarding the first people from our waiting list. š
And I made a New Years resolution that I would bump up my workout routine to three days a week, and so far I've stuck to it. š¤
Time to reflect! We're at the end of our first month of 2023. How was your January so far?

Personally I think it's really hard tbh. I have a 1 year old who I spend as much time with as possible, but as soon as she sleeps, it's back to work.
With the current stage that my company is at, it's all about getting as many hours in as possible, even though I'm very conscious about freeing up time to do other stuff.
In terms of productivity, we use Linear to break down all tasks and...

With https://brainy.so/ we're building a better way to keep your team inspired.
Knowledge sharing has changed so much in recent years with people learning individually by consuming content online like never before. And as we're all on different plaforms, following different people and have different networks and go-to sources, passing on knowledge/inspiration has become quite difficult, as...

- Be persistent
- Make sure you have the time and initial ressources for it (coming up short is hella stressful)
- Start something you're passionate about
- Build with a co-founder or 2
- Study what everybody else does that works and doesn't seem to work
- And finally; don't expect to go viral overnight. š
Oh, and buy coffee. You're gonna need a lot of it.
What advice would you give someone who is starting their own company?

I play with my 1 year old for about half an hour and then I drink an exceptional amount of coffee, with on/off breakfast in between.
How do you start your Monday Morning? Coffee? Brain fog?

My 2 co-founders and I used to work at a creative agency together for several years, before eventually branching out and start building our own company. š
