Struggle in Sales Meetings? Do This
1) TALK Less: Let the customer talk 70% of the time.
2) HOW? ask open ended question because only that will make the prospect talk. You should ask at least 30 questions.
3) PAUSE: don't be afraid of pauses. do them because this gives the prospect and you time to think
4) Have clear next steps after the meeting

📌 Tips for better b2b sales meetings
Lately, we've started analyzing more and more sales calls.
Here are the 5 mistakes we've seen in sales calls most often:
1. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵
Solution: speak less than < 40% and let your customer speak more than > 60%
