Great product. Been taking it the past couple of months and I feel like it has had a positive impact on my energy levels and productivity throughout the day. Also feels good to know if I have a "bad" food day i.e. takeaway/sweets etc. I've still got myself covered on the nutrient side of things. Thanks Heights.
