I mainly listen to lo-fi tracks as they keep me easier focus without lyrics, and if I'm doing something with raw data, I can listen to regular music. It depends on the mood and how deep in focus I need to be.

I usually go out for a run to clear my head, or if some idea is half done, I leave it and come to it after a few days. Other times I watch a movie and observe other creators or read some blog on the topic I'm struggling with.

If I had to choose one, it would be flexibility and work from home, but only if I had a great team with open communication. I'm very motivated to go the extra mile when I have the freedom to organize my time in the most productive window of the day for me. Prioritize sleep and waking up early. I've been at it for two weeks, and I'm happier, fulfilled, and have more time to enjoy things that I love. Also, working out has brought a sense of routine and accomplishment to my day and being healthier while moving my body.

Look at the main goal for the month and what activities can realistically be done to get as close to or achieve the plan as possible. When you lay out the activities, delegate responsibility and tasks to team members, and track progress. At the end of the month, use this time to evaluate results from the previous and lay down a plan for the upcoming month.

Such a fantastic breakdown of all the activities that took place. Also, what was fundamental in this whole process was teamwork and communication. We communicated through slack and in a meet call. This way, we laughed and were a bit more relaxed initially. Later we expressed who needed some rest and who would jump in to cover, and it was crucial for us to make it through.

I prefer either way, as long as it's easy to consume and implement. It's also vital to take the value and implement learned things rather than consume any content.

Review your routine, set priorities for the day and week, and schedule breaks and activities to fuel your energy.
