My only recommendation to get to stress off the preparation for the launch coincides with yours: - Prioritize (is it important for us now? what gains do we expect from this action?) - Set aside enough time in order not to rush during last several days :) prioritizing tasks also helps with building an adequate schedule. And of course - good luck with your launch, Maria! :)

Understanding your most productive hours (for me it's 10am to 5pm with energy going down fast after 6pm) and having breaks before your brain starts slowing down :) that's what works for me. And of course being excited or at least interested in your work, because when one feels their work is dumb and meaningless, their productivity naturally falls down. But I hope it's not the case :)

It did take me a while to figure out how things work here. I read a ton of launch guides and googled a lot of things I couldn't understand. If you can't find answera to some questions, you can also ask the PH team directly (they have a chat and usually reply quite fast). I'd say decide on what your goals with the launch are and understand whether you have the resources for it. With our first launch which we prepared really well, it took almost 2 months of my time to figure everything out, prepare the texts and visuals, discuss it with the team - and on the launch day, I spent 15 hours monitoring, posting and answering to comments, and two of my other colleagues...

I have hunted our product for both of our launches. Here's the thing: a top hunter is hard to reach. Yeah, you can reach out to them on Twitter, but they get loads of messages daily and ignore most of them. I did spend some time trying to get a hunter for our first launch, and it was just a waste of time. I guess getting a hunter only makes sense if you know your product is a perfect fit for...

Not really, I wasn't impressed with most products when I did check out the Upcoming page. I mean, often times I couldn't understand what exactly the goal and value of the product is, so I stopped checking this page. People prepare much better for their launch, and their pitch is much clearer then 😉

For me, it's a lunch break starting from 1pm or 2pm - with good food, no phone and disconnect from work! Breaks are important to restore one's energy.
