If you haven’t, you should! Sadly its author, the 90 years old Nobel Prize Daniel Kahneman, left us yesterday march 27th. This essay is fundamental in understanding how people think and take decisions. If you work in marketing, design new products or services and user interfaces, this book is a must.

I think starting from your own country can have some advantages, even if this approach can have some limitations. This is because you perfectly know the culture and the market, and you have a closer community that can help you test and promote the product in the first stage.

OpenAI is switching to pre-paid billing
If you use OpenAI API you should have received an email saying that starting from march 8th you will need to pre pay your credits instead of receiving a bill at the end of the month. If you don't take action and add credits to your account, your API will stop working. What are your thoughts about this change?

My experience in hiring people: whatever you do, 10% of the people you hire will prove to be have a negative impact in the middle term. 80% will only think of their personal interests and will just float through your organization, doing the minimum necessary. 10% will prove talented, loyal and committed.

I think Bubble is the most complete tool if you prefer full customization. But interface is a bit complicated (longer learning curve) and it is not perfect for mobile applications. Glide is more "template based" and easier to use. If you need to develop a mobile app, then Thunkable.
