I've experimented with various notion templates for habit tracking before, but they never quite clicked for me.
However, this one based on the scientific approach of linking habits to a trigger or cue really resonated with me. For example, I started meditating immediately after brushing my teeth, and I'm already noticing a positive impact on my daily routine.
I highly recommend this template...
