Not at all. The Homeswap option groups houses that are similar ( size, number of bedrooms, amenities etc) so that houses are swapped with similar houses. Of course the X has a 500$ per night house and wants to swap it for a 250$ house that's Xs prerogative. But no money is exchanged on the Homeswap.
