We started using LGM a few months ago. Setting up the audience and campaigns is pretty straightforward. Very easy to use, and the customer support is spot-on (big shoutout to Aurélie and Titouan!). Definitely worth trying!

Post launch - how did you keep gathering feedback from users?
Hi Product Hunters, I'd like to leverage all the new users we gathered from our launch. Indeed, we're style improving our platform and I'd like to collect genuine feedback from users (UX, features, but also what's important for them...).
How did you reach out to your new users to ask for some genuine feedback after the launch? (emailing, survey...) What was the most efficient way?

Hi there, tomorrow is my first launch on PH. We created our coming soon page and gathered some followers.
Do you have any tips for the D-Day?
- Feedback, customer service management?
- How many new users did you get?
- What was the most crucial moment for you?
