I believe taking risks is key. If you don't take bold action, you'll survive (at best). In today's market, however, it's more likely that you'll be left behind. I always ask myself, "what's the worst thing that could happen?"

When I was an employee, it was Friday. But living for the weekend is a rough existence in my opinion. As a founder, I work more, so I don't really have a day I look forward to. The days I remember most are the ones when I spend time with loved ones, travel, or achieve something major!

Honestly, not a major fan of it. But I think having different themes is important in general. Customization is key for me.

From a consumer standpoint, I prefer a subscription. Somehow, the idea of continuing to pay over a period of time increases my perceived value of a product.

I have Excel because it comes with my MS Office package. What a weird program. I want to learn how to use it, but it's not as intuitive as Sheets, so I always end up feeling powerless and leaving it. I guess Excel was viewed so long as the "serious" spreadsheet tool, but I have lost all desire to learn it!

I am a one-person company, but I am working with a handful of clients across different Slack channels. Once I start hiring, it's going to get hectic (that's how it was in my last company). Spoke.ai launched a tool called Priority Inbox for Builders, which uses AI to filter messages. It looks promising and I think these kinds of tools will become more popular.

What are some of the advantages you've seen?

Would depend on the community – ideally somewhere warm with a bit of everything: nature, city life, and a buzzing tech community. Maybe Lisbon or Barcelona?

So pumped about this!!! Every day, it feels like we add new tools. Spoke is the hero we need. I've been working with Spoke since the beginning, and they've saved me and my team hours of frustration and pain. It might be a stretch to say... but Spoke might be the reason I am not in jail for murder!
