How often do you track team performance?
Hey fellow Makers!
For small / medium team, do you track your team performance everyday? Or you just do a review session for team performance every week?
Is it good to have an automatically daily report about team performance?
Thanks :D

@giuliano_dore the best way is to use local channels where your target users are using. it could be a radio ads / flyers / community. I think you should contact some mini-influencer (for your case: a young upcoming barber?) to see if they can help you viral your app. You have 2 kinds of user here, so you have to consider 2 strategy for them :D
How to promote an app / platform that is currently working in specific locations ?

@kenneth_hanson I think for early stage I'm going with Feature-driven development. For later stage you should mix & match between teams :D our design team use Trello, but for devs it's better if you use Jira

@korolvs I prefer some mockup / prototype -> landing page, then connect with your target community for qualitative comments before going with ads :D
How do you test your ideas?

@abadesi
1. I think basically this could be a place to find people who have similar / same idea, collaborate on it to make it live, using all tools PH provided.
2. Each discussion should have its Topic, similar to products, so the content of it will be more precise & easier for makers to navigate / finding topics they're interested in.
3. You could see people you follow / your friends...
