This site is sort of the written form of the Top podcast by Nathan Latka. His is a bit more specific on numbers, but some of the story is there. I recommend it to anyone who likes these types of reads. Great site!

Love this idea! Does your service allow for tech support only? Or would it be able to handle on-boarding support inquiries as well (e.g. 15 min product demo)?

I knew this app looked familiar. It's the old Replay app which was recently acquired by GoPro. The tech behind this is Stupeflix.
