Average conversion rate from free trials to paid packages for B2B Saas?
Hello Guys, I'm part of a B2B Saas start up operating in the MarTech space. We will launch soon with the classic pricing with a limited free trial and Monthly Subscription on different packages. I was wondering if someone can give me a view on what is the classic conversion rate from free to paid packages for this kind of companies...or some resources that I can look at to discover more...

Clarity on Marketing costs for paid acquistion campaigns
Hello Guys!
I'm trying to create an updated benchmark to compare CPCs on various platforms (e.g. FB, Google search ads, Insta, Tik Tok, You Tube etc..).
Can you share with me your personal experience and what numbers you are used to see for CPC on these platforms?
Thanks a lot!

Anyone with experience in meditation/fitness apps?
Hi guys, we are developing a software solution for content apps, with specific focus on meditation and fitness.
We want to help them with what we have identified as the major issues in the market-> slow organic growth, high cost of customer acquisition and high churn.
I am really trying to expand my network in this field to understand if we are on the right path, get feedbacks and find...

For me is mainly done manually. I define my target segment, I create a google doc with the names and then add the emails using Rocketreach. No automations. Based on the profile I reach out in a particular way. Its a slow process but at least you create a personalized message.
But I am in B2B so B2C maybe requires more speed.

If we are talking about start up environment, then Strong Team 100%.
If the hierarchy structure is flexible and "young, then you don't need to be a boss to enjoy work
Would you rather be your own boss or be part of a strong team?

Hype areound an industry will always reach a plateau at a certain time - it's a natural and healthy process. The moment is not the best: High inflation, war, international tensions, risk of recession. Like cryptos, NFTs are showing high correlation with tech stocks, which are down A LOT.
If you invest in NFT's only for the Hype, then like everything else the risk is huge and the moment is...
The #NFT sales are down 92% compared to their peak in September'21. Is the hype over?

Most likely YES. Central bankers has a very hard job to accomplish now. Raising rates to tackle inflation (with a lot of unknown with regards to War, China Lockdown etc) without leading to a recession...
I think the FED could be able to arrange a soft landing somehow because US starts from a better point in terms of growth and demand. For Uk and EU probability of a non-recession is even lower.
Are we headed towards a recession?

Main learning for me is that having positive people around you is very crucial to build a growth/learning environment.
As basically everyone in the founding team of a start up I worked a bit on each department and I realised that usually is not impossible to acquire skills on the journey - even when from the outside they look like very hard skills
Practically, I learnd a lot about Growth and...

Difficult question Druv - As always it is very difficult to answer because it depends from what you are building, the sector and the stage.
First of all I think that comunication is a big barrier even if sometimes we don't recognize it - Both with with users and investors, having a clear valeu proposition is crucial, sometimes it's even more effective than the quality of the product itself in...

Main goal of the month is building a community of like-minded people that can appreciate what I am building. We will launch around mid-summer and feedbacks of people in the field will prove valuable.
We are niche: our only objective is to help content apps with a subscription model - they need a new organic acquisition channel- we will give them what they want!
If you have nay suggestions on...

Do you think that online networking events work?
Many events are still online or mix-modal.
I personally think that online events do not work for networking purposes.
They are great if you want to listen to a specific speech and learn. But nothing beats in person connection…what do you think??

Best channels for content marketing for a software start up?
Medium-Twitter-reddit-LinkedIn-FB ; where to start? The objective is to build a community of like minded people around our vision.
No marketing people in the founding team - but we need to try internally first if we want to learn

I try to stay outside as much as I can and be active. That said, I like working during weekends, I feel no pressure and I am not annoyed by external requests/inputs

1st I look at product description to see if its relevant for me - 2nd I scroll on comments and 3rd I look at how professional/UX-UI quality the product/website looks like 4th Price!
