PRODUCTBOARD! I use for feedback collection, prioritization, roadmaping, discovery work and product announcements

At Plezi we use both. Google Analytics is more for the marketing team to follow conversions (from the website to our freemium app) With the product team we use Segment to collect front & back data and send them to Mixpanel (to follow features adoption quantitatively) + Smartlook (for qualitative user research)

I'd say: - Finding the right rythme between the discovery & delivery phases (=> Having a structured & time-framed discovery period vs. being able to estimate much time delivery will take) - "Reducing" the target vision of a feature to its MVP scope - Finding the right balance (as a team) between working on too many projects and not enough

2 options for us: 1. Always comment on JIRA tickets (the risk being that we decentralize info and key stakeholders miss out on valuable inputs) 2. I'm an absolute fan of Product Board https://www.productboard.com/ It allowed us to structure the whole product approach for our new MVP product and to centralize+priorize demands coming from users+colleagues.

We do believe a lot in onboardings at Plezi. We're launching Plezi One on Product Hunt in less than a week and we have been working a lot on this topic recently. We looked at: - Competitor prices => we did a massive table and distinguished "all-inclusive tools" vs. "1-feature tools". Since our app is a mix of different tools, we know we can add up the average market price of each feature. And then refer to "all inclusive tools" prices...
