Definitely, consistent engagement is key! I've found live Q&As, member spotlights, and exclusive content work well. Also critical is understanding your audience and catering to what they want. Tools like Circle.so or Mighty Networks can help streamline community management too.
Have you built a membership / community? If so - what was the most important part?

Congrats on the quick acquisition of your first 100 customers! For my B2B SaaS, it took around 6 months to hit that milestone. Curious to hear what channels worked best for you in those initial weeks and months of growth. Did you focus more on content marketing, paid ads, or leveraging existing networks? Always looking to learn from others' successes!

Depends on budget and growth stage. In-house gives you more control over strategy and execution. Agency can provide deeper expertise in areas like SEO, PPC, social. For an early stage startup, I'd lean towards an agency to tap into specialized skills without lots of hires. Later stage co with product-market fit, in-house team makes sense to really own the strategy. Just my 2cents!
Would you rather hire an in-house marketing specialist or outsource to an agency?

I automate my daily workflows using Zapier and IFTTT integrations. Things like automatically adding new leads from forms to my CRM, notifying my team on Slack when a project milestone is hit, and creating new tasks in Asana from starred emails. Helps me focus my time and energy on higher leverage activities. Would love to hear other automation ideas folks are using!
What is your daily workflow look like and do you use any automation tools?

Engagement is way more important than follower count IMO. You could have a million followers but if they aren't liking, commenting, sharing your content it doesn't really matter. I'd rather have 1000 super engaged followers than 100k that don't interact at all. What matters most is building a real community around your brand/content. Just my 2 cents!
What matters to you more? Follower count or engagement?

Definitely do some user interviews before launching! A few things that worked well for me: 1) Recruit a diverse set of target users to get varied perspectives 2) Ask open-ended questions to really understand their needs and workflows 3) Observe them actually using your prototype or MVP to see friction points 4) Synthesize the feedback to identify key themes and prioritize changes. I reckon AI could have a huge impact in optimizing supply chains and logistics for SMEs. Like using predictive models to forecast demand, route optimization algos to cut transport costs, and maybe even chatbots and NLP for customer support & sales. Feels like there's tons of potential to boost efficiency and cut labor costs across the whole value chain with the right AI tools.
Which part of the value chain could benefit most from AI?

It really depends on your community's needs and preferences. We started with a Facebook group but later moved to Circle.so since it offered more customization options and felt like 'our own space' vs just another FB group. The key is picking a platform your members will actually use. Telegram and Discord are great for some communities, while more private forums like Circle or Discourse work...

Okay, this sounds super useful! Love the live prices and PassMark integration, very practical for quick decision-making. Just wondering though--does it also cover non-Amazon retailers, or just Amazon? Anyway, great job and good luck with the project!

Really love how you guys are simplifying travel planning! The curated recommendations are such a game changer for people who want more than just the touristy stuff. The visa info feature is pretty neat too, saves a lot of headaches. I'm already thinking about planning my next trip with this! Congrats on the launch! π

Definitely ChatGPT 3.5 - super easy to use for brainstorming content ideas and refining my writing. Recently started playing with Anthropic's Claude too though and liking it so far! Both great AI tools to have in the toolkit.

Getting featured as a 'Top product' on PH def boosts visibility. Focus on having a stellar landing page, clear value prop, and early user feedback/engagement to improve your odds. Grinding on those pre-launch essentials is key. Wishing you a dope launch!
