Don’t wait for it to be perfect! There are so many situations and use cases you cannot precinct. Make sure to launch a first bug free version with clear instructions on how it is supposed to work. Then iterate based on user feedback. This last one will make the difference.

If both are able to keep work and personal life well separate from each other by not mixing up things, then yes it might be a good idea. If they cannot do that, sooner or later work problems will start eating up their relationship.
It all depends on the ability of each one to maintain a good balance.

For me what has worked best has been organizing the day in three parts. Morning time focused on emails, drafting, and all other "office" style tasks. Afternoon calls and teamwork. Evening for urgencies and focus heavy tasks where one doesn't want to get interrupted no matter what.

Both are great options while being very different.
If your product/service appeals to a broader audience and is easily targetable through common Meta Ads strategies then Meta Ads is definitely a good fit for it including Google Ads.
If your product/service is niche-specific and appeals to a limited audience, then Google Ads especially search campaigns might be a better fit for you. Meta Ads...

Developing a product that adopts and gets shaped based on users' needs.
It is quite easy to get lost in the details of perfecting what a pipeline created months if not years ago when it comes to feature/functionality release/improvements. However, responding to actual needs and trends by providing a solution at the right time is quite challenging without cannibalizing your product.
