This is such a cool idea!

We created this cheat sheet to help our clients collect and store all the relevant data about their event tracking so they won't need to run between different files and overlook e-privacy and privacy by design practices on their product. One thing that I miss with most of the recording video services is low volum, for example I recored once a month a video and It's around 30-40 minutes, for me to buy a 5 hours package does not make sense, as I don't have the time to use such a thing. Do you think it's something you will consider at any point? I really love the interface and the quality

I never overcame my fear, and with each new launch of a company, podcast, article, book... I feel the pain in me that tell me it's better not go out there and talk about something you not fully happy with. But if you remember I recommended you the Wabi-Sabi book, I found it to be a great help in accepting nothing is finished, nothing is perfect, everything is what it is and we can improve...

So how do we change things, if we all agree on it, why do we keep developing apps that send push notifications?

I am using the tool for the past year and it's amazing! the ability of it to connect teams over contonants and regions helped us so much especially since we are WFH now. The only thing we are missing is the ability to actually save our templates for reuse, we have designed some templates fitting for our workshops and needs and we need some more fire power to share them with others :-)

In my book, I explorer that most companies starting to collect data after they start doing user acquisition, but the reallity is a bit different and most companies start to collect some kind of CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) just to know how much they paid on each new user, and only when they arrive to the 1M MAUs (Monthly Active Users) they start thinking about data as a tool to keep growing. But...

For me it's always tracking of features in use or not. Communication reaching out to clients to understand what can be improved or is missing. Features focused on clients - we develop things more than one user mentioned as a challange and try to solve it in a lean way, they we understand if it's working and slowly develop it

For me it was problem first, I was required to solve data problem, too many Excel files and not enough decisions made, it turned into a mission I wrote a book and now days finishing my product

WOW I love the product, I wish I learned about it before, the only thing I am missing maybe is a notification in case the guest connection is not good enough or if his audio/video is in low quality

For website you can use TMS source so you know where the user comes from, then you can set events that will be associated with the user you won't be able to see it on the user level, however if you install a solution which is first-party tracking tool it will be possible

For me creation of content was always related to what I want to develop or learn deeper, I produce contact into subjects I wanted to feel more secure about or get some more feedback about my thoughts. On the bad side of it, I don't think getting people engaged with content is so simple and many times I got a lot of likes but no real engagement or debate as I hope will come
