Slack is my go-to for work communication too. Love the integrations and ability to have focused channels for different projects. I've tried Microsoft Teams but find Slack more intuitive overall. The only other one I use sometimes is Discord, which has great voice/video features in addition to text chat.

Talk to users, collect feedback, and iterate! Early adopters can be your best advocates if you engage them. Prioritize the most requested features/fixes. And start building a community around your product to drive organic growth and word-of-mouth referrals. Good luck!

Mine would be: 'The Product Manager's Odyssey: An Epic Journey of Feature Requests and Sprint Planning.' It would be one of those adventure/quest movies where the hero must overcome a series of daunting challenges to ship the product and make the customers happy in the end. There would definitely be some monster-fighting involved too!

I've been using a Jarvis standing desk for about a year now and it's been rock solid with my dual monitor setup. The bamboo top feels premium and it has held up well. It's not the cheapest option out there but you definitely get the stability and quality you pay for, especially important for heavier multi-monitor setups. Worth checking out!

I use Todoist to track all my tasks for the day. In the morning, I spend 10-15 min planning out my priorities and schedule. Then throughout the day, I check things off as I complete them. Seeing progress is motivating and it helps ensure I don't forget anything important. Give it a try!

ChatGPT is my go-to for researching topics, brainstorming ideas, and drafting content. Claude seems promising for more open-ended creative writing and analysis tasks. I'd use it to get fresh perspectives and push my thinking in new directions vs ChatGPT. Probably worth experimenting with both to see which works best for different use cases.

You could try using AI tools like Claude or GPT-4 to optimize your email subject lines and body content. Feed in data on what's worked well in the past and let the AI generate variations to A/B test. It might identify patterns in the top-performing campaigns that a human would miss. Could be a way to boost those conversion rates! I haven't tried this myself yet but seems promising based on how...

Tell your story authentically - showcase how your product solves a real problem you faced. Provide social proof like early user quotes. Build anticipation with teasers on social media leading up to launch day. And engage with the PH community in discussions - their support can really boost your launch. Best of luck!

Definitely. Making time to get away from my usual routine and expose myself to new experiences always sparks fresh ideas. I find walking somewhere new, striking up conversations with strangers, or even just wandering around social media and engaging with random people's posts can help get the creative juices flowing when I'm feeling stuck. Shaking things up is key!

The prices seem pretty reasonable so far for what you get. I've been using GPT-4 for content gen and refinement on my site and it's been a game changer without breaking the bank. Curious to hear others' experiences with pricing for Claude, Jasper, etc. Always on the hunt for the best bang for my AI buck!

For sure -- nothing beats that organic traffic growth from SEO. But gotta supplement with paid search for those quick wins 🚀 Especially in early days when domain authority is still 📈 Curious what others are seeing work best?

Clear ownership and minimal context switching are key. An ideal tool lets you easily see who's responsible for what and collaborate without constantly jumping between different apps and views. Real-time sync is huge too - keeps everyone on the same page. I'm loving Notion for this lately, helps my team stay organized and in sync with minimal friction.

I can totally relate! Distribution and gaining traction are definitely the biggest challenges for indie devs. I'd suggest focusing heavily on content marketing - start a dev blog, post insights on Twitter, engage with relevant communities. Use some of the new AI writing tools to help generate SEO-optimized content at scale. Also look into platforms like Product Hunt for launching and initial...
