Long-term goals are like a giant map, and I think the way to keep focusing on it is to break it down into smaller goals one by one.
It's usually easier to reach the smaller goals, and it's important not to forget to check the whole long-term goal map in time and adjust the progress of the smaller goals whenever you can to make sure you reach your long-term goal on time.

I read the Elon Musk biography. I have to say that Musk is really a doer, and I was impressed by his strict demand for high efficiency and his passion for the career. Pursuing high quality and efficiency should be the basic qualities that every startup should have.

There are too many information platforms now. When I want to share the content I have seen with my friends, I have to keep opening the favorites of each platform to search, which is too troublesome. PackPack seems to be a great attempt. It allows me to collect content from different platforms into one package and easily categorize it. I will try it out.

I didn't watch too many movies or TV shows, but I played a lot of games in 2024.
I have been a loyal fan of Harry Potter since I was 13 years old, and I have always hoped to have magic. Last year, I spent about two months playing Hogwarts Legacy and personally experienced the joy of being a wizardđ§
I hope that the products I create can constantly surprise users during use, just like in a...

I use a calendar to manage meetings and a task list to manage daily and urgent tasks. Every morning, I spend about 15 minutes checking my email and reviewing the calendar and task list to confirm the issues that should be dealt with that day. If other work is added temporarily during this day, I immediately match the importance of this task and check the DDL, and then add it to my workflow....

When we talk about "users", most people's first reaction is "strangers", and we easily overlook our own family and friends. When I have an MVP product, I will prioritize finding friends or relatives around me, and look for the one who fits the user portrait of the product among them. If my friends don't have it, I will still recommend it to them because my friends still have friends.

ăRegarding the first questionă I think the functions can be the same, but there is no perfect product. User needs are constantly evolving. When we discover new needs, we can develop a more complete app based on the original functions. Especially for some huge markets, one product cannot cover all user requests, and people's preferences are different. Exploring new needs and obtaining new...

I agree. Clarify the value of the goals is also a good motivation for team.
For example, every member of our team clearly knows that haptic music ultimately delivers an inclusive, innovative music experience.
Everyone recognises this value in haptic music, so we all work very hard to bring great haptic music experiences to our users.

For software products, I think the crowdfunding format is more like a wishing pool.
We release the concept in advance during the product planning period, and collect user requirements and MVP development funds through crowdfunding. After the fund raising is completed, we should start the development ASAP and output the MVP product according to the expected time, deliver it to the users, and...
