We keep receiving extensive wish lists about all the ways in which marketers want to track events and trigger emails. Just out of pure curiosity, what kind of emails are you sending out to your users?

Email marketing, cold outreach, and sales calls.
Everything else is just an avenue to build community for us. If we start to treat social media platforms as a means of bringing in leads it starts to sound too much like marketing speak.

I use Show (the tool we're launching on Sunday!!)
We pretty much set up a new campaign in minutes by using one of the preset templates or even asking the AI content generator to create a new more suitable email.
Show also helps insert video, gifs, and CTAs into your email so we end up increasing our open rate and email CTR as well :D

I'd love to share what we've implemented over the past year and what's worked best for us:
1) Video based onboarding is a definite win in most cases - Start with a welcome email, share set up instructions, address FAQs, share resources (tutorials, demos, etc.)
2) Follow it up with actionable use cases based on each user's persona (E.g., a ecommerce marketer who signs up for Show will...

Our Top transformations:
1) Automating segmentation of contacts has led to more purposeful outreach, reduced time investment in finding the right leads to chase, and make both the marketers and sales teams much happier
2) Being able to send out more personalised content based on consumption and product usage history
