Long is good - some people like a lot of information, others will scan and think they are getting a lot of information - just make sure you have CTAs all the way through, for those of us who just want to click and figure it out as we go.

Depends on the website - but I mostly blame my own internet when things are slow - unless I can see it's clearly a website that isn't shown a lot of love.

Our pain-point was the thank-less task of collecting information from our clients - who had already engaged us, and needed to share information they already had! No matter how nicely crafted our email was to clients, we would be 10+ back EVERY TIME. So we took our pain-point and addressed it - now we are sharing our solution with other businesses!
