What are some of the most innovative products you've seen recently, and what makes them stand out?
I'm sure that many of us are using ChatGPT, and other AI products. So beyond those, what product have you found to help you the most? Is there something that really stands out?

I love it. Is there a Discord group or something for this, or will you be reaching out to people directly? I'm interested.

At an early stage, I would stay competitive in terms of pricing. Then, once you've established some of the most value that your users are receiving from your product, you can think of updating the pricing. For example, I had clients in the past that wanted themes. As a team, we decided to change our pricing so that if someone wanted a specific theme, they would need to be on the highest-tier...

Very interesting. I found there were some visuals that didn't really match up with the narration quite right, but overall it was good!

I think the best things to start with are non-scalable. The scalable methods can come later on as you have substantial revenue to put towards those efforts. Joining podcasts, and talking one-on-one with potential customers on chats like Slack and Discord can be great, and also on forums like Reddit. There's a channel on Reddit for just about anything, so if you place a good pitch there, you...

Some unconventional ideas to explore could include partnering with other SaaS companies, attending offline events, leveraging user-generated content, optimizing for word-of-mouth, and creating viral loops. I'd say, get creative and think outside the box to build your customer base!

What are some of the key metrics that early-stage startups should focus on, and why?
As I am building out my own solution and looking at metrics, I'd like to know what kind of metrics (especially if you are a SaaS) you are looking at.

Thanks for the resources. For first-time founders, I also find that Rob Walling has some really good youtube videos and books.

What are some of the most unique marketing strategies that you've seen a startup use?
I recently heard about a really unique tactic used by a startup to gain new customers. They were promoting a line of eco-friendly cleaning products and decided to take a guerilla marketing approach by placing their products in a public place with a sign that read "Take One Free". It was really interesting to hear how this approach not only led to curious onlookers trying out the products but...

What are some effective strategies for building a strong brand identity?
As a founder, I've learned that building a strong brand identity takes time and effort, but it's essential for creating a memorable and trustworthy brand. Some effective strategies include defining your brand's personality, values, and messaging, creating a visual identity that resonates with your target audience, and consistently communicating your brand across all channels.

How do the deals work on Moonio? I know that companies would be paying influencers to drive traffic to their brand, so I am wondering if there's some deal workflow that you have. Seems like a great platform!

It's hard to come up with a unique name today and get that domain name. The .com TLD is the most recognized and hardest to get. But because I am so set on getting the .com, it made this process much more difficult than it needed to be. I had many different ideas for my company but ended up creating my own word instead of trying to come up with something that everyone already knows just so I...

I find this quite interesting. How does that work exactly? Are you saying that more people purchase shares of Meta due to usage? That would make sense to me. If that is the case, are you saying that if there are fewer people using these platforms, people are more likely to sell their stock? It would be interesting to see a comparison chart of the stock price and usage side-by-side.
Did you know that the share price of Meta increases when people use Instagram or WhatsApp?

Well, it's not necessarily a product, but I've seen others launch their design services here. If your podcast will help this community, I wouldn't see it as a bad thing :)

I've wondered about this as well. I'm sure it would be possible for someone to create a SaaS using Bubble, but if it was done, I'm sure that after some time you'd want to re-build with developers to expand the business.
Has anyone used Bubble to build a complete SAAS rather than a MVP?

From my experience, the most profitable marketing strategy was SEM (search engine marketing). This includes SEO as well. Once we were on the top of google search results for specific long tail keyword searches, we would receive several signups per day without having to do much on the marketing side of things.
Can you share which marketing strategy has generated the highest profits for you?
