Gap year has always seemed to me like some kind of wonderful opportunity to explore the world without being distracted by anything (this probably happens only in an ideal world). So during this period it is possible to gain new ideas, dreams, decide on something and rush further on the road.
Is taking a gap year worth it?

When I start working in multitasking mode, I forget about everything: time, food, rest, back position (this is important when you sit with a laptop most of the working time) and some other things. Should I set alarm clocks to "wake up" at such moments..?
Is multitasking as bad as they say it is?
